18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice

Reel is an aggregator and indexer of adult video content. We do not produce, host, or distribute the underlying master video files. All master files reside on third-party origin servers and are streamed directly to viewers via Cloudflare; we cache only manifests, thumbnails, and short-lived HLS segments for delivery.

Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.7 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A(h)(1), the operator of this website qualifies as a provider of internet services subject to the secondary-producer safe harbour: we do not engage in the production of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. We have no contractual relationship with performers and do not commission, direct, or pay for the underlying productions.

Records of age and identity

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A — including performer-age verification and government-issued photo identification — are held by the original producers of each work. To request such records, please contact the originating site:
