Reel is an adult content aggregator and AI face-swap service operated by the Reel team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access this site. By using the site you affirm that you meet this requirement. Falsifying your age is a material breach of these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload or submit any image, video, or other content depicting a minor
  • use the face-swap service to create non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfake") of any real person without that person's verifiable consent
  • attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, age gates, or other technical controls
  • scrape, mirror, or rebroadcast the catalogue at scale
  • use the site to harass, defame, dox, or otherwise harm any person
  • use the site in any jurisdiction where access is prohibited by law

3. Content

Catalogue. The video catalogue is aggregated from third-party sites. We do not host the original master files; playback is streamed from upstream origins. Where we cache thumbnails, manifests, or segments for delivery, you may request takedown under our DMCA procedure.

Face-swap outputs. AI-generated outputs are produced from the master clip plus a face image you supply. You are solely responsible for the face image and for any downstream use of the output. We retain a copy of the output in cold storage for abuse investigation.

No user uploads. Outside of the face image required for face-swap, the site does not accept user-uploaded video.

4. DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. To file a takedown notice, see /legal/dmca. To file a counter-notice, contact [email protected].

5. Account & Payment

The site offers a free browsing tier and a paid face-swap service billed in credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice, and to forfeit any unused credit balance on accounts terminated for abuse.

6. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or for any reason as required by law or to protect other users.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representation that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content. AI face-swap outputs may contain visual artifacts and should not be relied on as evidence of any real event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is less.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
