myav is an adult video catalogue operated by the myav team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access this site. By using the site you affirm that you meet this requirement. Falsifying your age is a material breach of these terms.

  • scrape, mirror, or rebroadcast the catalogue at scale

3. Content

Catalogue. The video catalogue is aggregated from third-party sites. We do not host the original master files; playback is streamed from upstream origins. Where we cache thumbnails, manifests, or segments for delivery, you may request takedown under our DMCA procedure.

No user uploads. The site does not accept user-uploaded images or video.

5. Accounts

Browsing and watching are free. An account lets you save favorites and watch history. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or for any reason as required by law or to protect other users.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representation that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is less.
