We treat your face like a password. Here is exactly what happens to it.

How we store your photos

Every photo you upload for a face-swap is encrypted at rest with a server-side key (AWS KMS). Only the face-swap pipeline can decrypt it, and only for the duration of the job.

How long we keep them

We keep your upload for 90 days, then auto-delete it. You can pin a face to your library to keep it longer; pinned faces sit in the same encrypted store until you remove them.

Who can access them

You, and our face-swap GPU pipeline. No employee browses uploaded photos. No third party gets a copy. We do not run face recognition, moderation classifiers, or ad-tech tagging against them.

What we never do

• We never share your photos with anyone outside the pipeline
• We never sell them
• We never train models on them
• We never tag them for advertising

Watermarking

Every face-swap output includes a visible MYAV.AI watermark. It is not removable from the rendered file. If you see a face-swap claiming to be from us without this watermark, it is not from us.

DMCA and abuse reports

Email [email protected] with the URL of the content and proof you own the rights (or that you are the subject of a non-consensual likeness). We action verified reports within 24 hours. For non-copyright abuse — harassment, doxing, non-consensual content — use the same address.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from /account → Delete account. There is a 14-day grace window: if you change your mind in that period, sign in and the deletion is cancelled. After 14 days, your account, saved faces, watch history, and credit balance are permanently removed.
